Let them wake up naturally, in tune with their own rhythm and inner need.
Let them eat wholesome and nourishing foods, listening to their bodies.
Let them move freely whenever they want to, building the body, strengthening the bones, and supporting brain development.
Let them grow with emotional security—held by familiar love, not suddenly exposed to stranger-teachers or forced social settings.
For parents, there is no excuse to step aside, but to work inwardly—to slow down, to reflect, and to walk beside the child with presence and trust.
Unschooling is not just for the child; it is equally a journey for the parents.
